Details Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Maasai Village
- Pick up from Arusha or Moshi.
- Drive to a Maasai village.
- Guided tour of the village, learning about Maasai traditions, rituals, and crafts.
- Participate in beadwork, traditional dance, and daily activities.
- Overnight at a nearby lodge or eco-camp.
Day 2: Hadzabe Hunter-Gatherers
- Early morning drive to the Hadzabe community area near Lake Eyasi.
- Meet the Hadzabe and observe their unique hunting and foraging techniques.
- Participate in cultural exchange and storytelling.
- Picnic lunch with the community.
- Overnight at a lodge or campsite near Lake Eyasi.
Day 3: Iraq / Datoga Pastoralists
- Visit the Iraq/Datoga communities, known for cattle herding and metalwork.
- Learn about their pastoral lifestyle, traditional crafts, and local customs.
