Embark on the 4-Day Calving Season safari in Ndutuand Central Serengeti. Our private safari in the heart of Tanzania will leave you with a great memorable experience.In February the great migration of wildebeests gather in Ndutu giving birth to new calves. This amazing phenomena attracts more predators like lions, leopards, cheetah and hyenas who are looking for easy meal. It will be a great pleasure for you to visit Central Serengeti, this park is a habitat for variety and plenty of wildlife and bird species, with the area of almost 15,000km square. Here you will observe different species of wildlife form small to the large one including resident Wildebeests, Zebra, Antelopes, Oryx, Lions, Elephants, and many more.

Details Itinerary
February 1: Arusha To Ndutu
After breakfast drive through tarmac road with your lunch boxes to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, from there you will start game viewing on-route to Ndutu Area. The great migration reaches Ndutu with approximately to 2 million wildebeests to give birth to their calves and thousands of animals are born daily between the end of December and the beginning of March. This also attracts many predators like lions and hyenas who are looking for easy meal. You will enjoy your lunch at a picnic site. Afternoon lite game drive in Ndutu Area then drive to your accommodation where you will relax and wait for a delicious dinner.

February 2: Ndutu Balloon Rideand Transfer To Central Serengeti National Park
You will be picked up from your camp early in the morning before the sunrise for Balloon ride. In the middle of no-where you will enjoy the beauty of endless savannah plains in Ndutu Area filled with millions of wildebeests who are giving birth to their calves. Enjoy the beautiful photographic landscapes during the sunrise. After ride you will celebrate a glass of champagne in the wild then back to your camp. After breakfast at camp drive to Central Serengeti for light game viewing. Enjoy picnic lunch at the park then continue to your camp where you will relax for the next day adventure.

February 3: Full-Day Game Drive In Central Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, with your lunch boxes drive through Central Serengeti National Park for game viewing. This enormous park supports every variety of animal imaginable – from large predators such as lion, leopard and cheetah to the smaller herbivores they prey on.With bated breath, you might catch a glimpse of the elusive leopard, stealthily navigating the treetops, or the swift cheetah, showcasing its remarkable agility during a hunt. And then there are the iconic lions, majestic and powerful, embodying the circle of life as they play their vital role as top predators. Enjoy your picnic lunch then continue with game viewing to evening. Drive back to your camp for dinner and overnight.

February 4: Serengeti National Park To Arusha
After breakfast you will be transferred to Seronera Airstrip where you will take a flight back to Arusha. After arrival in Arusha you will be transferred to your hotel or to Kilimanjaro International Airport to fly back home.
Accommodation before and after safari is available and can be arranged with an extra cost.
