October 25: Pick Up From Arusha And Transfer To Tarangire National Park (120km – 2.5hours)

You will be picked up by your private safari guide and travel to Tarangire National Park, known for its massive elephant herds. Enjoy a game drive at Tarangire, a magnificent majestic park, the area is very famous for the herds of elephants, more than 200 elephants may be seen at a time. Tarangire River that crosses all over the park attracts plenty of wildlife during dry seasons, the condition makes this park to have a concentration of wildlife and diversity of bird species. Enjoy the beautiful scenic landscapes filled with majestic long lasted baobab trees and acacia tortillas trees. In the late evening drive to your accommodation for overnight.

October 26: Game Drive In Tarangire National Park And Transfer To Arusha National Park (150km -3hours)

After breakfast, you will proceed to a game drive in Tarangire National Park. In this park, you will see large herds of elephants, lions and the fascinating baobab trees also called the Tree of Life for the almost mythical powers that some cultures attach to it. This park is especially known for the Tarangire River which flows all year round and is the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons. Enjoy picnic lunch in a picnic site along the Tarangire River while you surrounded by small animals and birds then continue with game driving while you head to Arusha National Park where you will spend your overnight.

October 27: Game Drives In Arusha National Park

After breakfast you will start another wonderful day at Arusha National Park. A combination of wildlife and a mountain make this Park a great destination to visit. Observe variety of wildlife and bird species in this park with beauty scenic landscapes of green vegetation. Arusha National Park hosts a wide variety of landscapes, ranging from vast savannah and rainforest through to acacia woodlands and up to alpine vegetation on the higher reaches of Mount Meru. You will be accompanied by an armed ranger for walking adventure, this creates a chance to view animals in a close range with a learning on a close nature like animal tracks and their droppings. Enjoy picnic lunch in a picnic site then drive for afternoon game viewing.

October 28: Final Game Drives In Arusha National Park And Transfer To JRO

After breakfast check out at your lodge and drive for final game viewing at Arusha National Park. After a short game drive, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure. You will be dropped off at noon.

The park is small but varied with spectacular landscapes in three distinct areas. In the west, the Meru Crater funnels the Jekukumia River; the peak of Mount Meru lies on its rim. Ngurdoto Crater in the south-east is grassland. The shallow alkaline Momella Lakes in the north-east have varying algal colours and are known for their wading birds.
